Terms and Conditions
Anew Wellbeing is a small independent business. These Terms and Conditions explain how our services are delivered when you visit classes, workshops, and retreats with us – either in person, or digitally.
Attending classes
To register for a class, workshop or retreat please email us.
You must be over 18 years of age to join our classes, unless specifically noted e.g., children’s mindfulness classes.
All new users must complete our Health Questionnaire form before attending their first class, this will be emailed to you when you first register for a new class.
Please advise us before any class if there are any changes in your health following the health questionnaire (blood pressure, pregnancy, pain, recent operation).
Physiotherapist led Pilates block terms are usually for 8 consecutive week periods.
Payment
Payment in full is required for all block classes, workshop and retreat events and must be received in advance of the first class date or event date.
Anew Wellbeing accepts bank transfer for advance block bookings and events and cash for ad hoc drop-in classes.
People on a waiting list for any classes will be offered a place the day after payment due date.
Holiday arrangements
Please inform us in advance of any holidays that you have booked and before paying for a new block of classes. This is to ensure you will get the most from your block class bookings. Holiday dates can only be carried over at our discretion and where there is space on other classes.
Refunds
Please ensure you can attend the scheduled number of block classes to get the most out of the course. Regretfully no refunds or transfers can be given once block class sessions have commenced. No refunds are given for unused classes.

Instructors and cancellations
In the unlikely event that Anew Wellbeing should have to cancel a session, we will give you as much notice as possible and shall extend the course end date, where possible.
Sessions are taught by Sheila Croken, but occasionally cover may be used. All covering instructors will be fully qualified and insured.
Class etiquette
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled class.
Make sure you can stay for the full duration of the session.
Mobile phones must be put on silent.
Attending class
Please bring your own mat and wear suitable clothing and footwear.
The duration of each session is 60 minutes, unless stated otherwise.
Listen to your own body and work in a way that feels right for you. If you are unwell, we recommend you don’t attend classes until you feel better.
COVID
Users must not attend any class venue if they are showing any signs of Covid-19 (cough, fever, high temperature, sore throat, runny nose, breathlessness or flu like symptoms) presently or within the last 10 days.
Users must not attend the class venue if they have come into contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with Covid-19.
